Consumer Rights
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. If you are an EEA user, as per the agreement, you may cancel a Contract any time within 14 days. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy.

* Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

* We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which We may decide.
* You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if We notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before We send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case We have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

Refunds & Return Policy
We have a 14-day RETURN policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- We offer a variety of options for shipping both domestically and international and the rates are calculated based on your location by Royal Mail/Hermes/DPD/ DHL
Delivery Time
If is from AP Collection in UK :
Processing time = 1-3 business days
Shipping time local= 1-3 business days
Shipping time International= 8-15 business days
Note: Some of the items could take 12-15 days to make them and to ship 7 days for UK
International shipping depends on the country you are based.
Total delivery time is processing + shipping time.
- This is an estimated delivery time. In rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays,
extreme weather conditions, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances by postal service. We
will not be responsible for delays due to these factors.
- Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic situation, some orders may experience extended shipping delays as our logistic partners work through disruptions in their normal delivery route and processing. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask for your patience as we and our partners work through these issues.
Warehouse Location
We are located in United Kingdom and the products will be shipped directly from us.
We also collaborate with suppliers from USA, CHINA and France and the products will be proceed straight away from there.
Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise and are calculated by the shipping companies. We will ship via Royal Mail or Hermes and will vary in rates.
Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

* Delays with US Postal Service or shipping

Royal Mail Guarantees
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for Royal Mail guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact Royal Mail +44-345-774-0740 . We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if Royal Mail fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
International Shipping
All other countries will ship via DPD/DHL or Hermes and will vary in rates. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact
us at contact@alexandrapuietu.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
